The Heartsaver Instructor Update and the Heartsaver Product and Course Orientation Bundle provides Heartsaver Instructors critical updates about new Heartsaver course material and key science changes published in the 2025 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and ECC.

2025 Heartsaver Instructor Update (25-1636)
The 2025 AHA Guidelines Heartsaver Instructor Update Course provides AHA Instructors updates on new science and key changes published in the 2025 AHA Guidelines for CPR and ECC. It also delivers Interim Training Materials and guidance on how to use these materials to incorporate 2025 science and education updates. All US AHA Instructors must complete their required science update by 11:59 p.m., February 28, 2026, to continue teaching AHA courses.

The Heartsaver Product and Course Orientation (P&CO) provides Heartsaver Instructors:

-Information about new course materials, course curriculum updates, and how the changes impact the way you will teach the Heartsaver Course
-Details, clarification, and direction on various course formats
-Specifics about new Heartsaver course materials
-Steps to incorporate new updates into various course settings

NOTE: The P&CO provides different and separate updates from the 2025 AHA Guidelines Instructor Update Course for Heartsaver.
